01

1. Overview & Service Framework

These Master Terms of Service govern all project engagements, digital services, and online subscriptions provided by BUZZLY PUBLICITY & ADVERTISING W.L.L. By placing an order or engaging our services, the Client agrees to be legally bound by these terms.

02

2. Financial Terms & Payments

Custom Projects: 50% advance non-refundable deposit required to secure your slot. The remaining 50% is due prior to final launch, code transfer, or domain pointing. Monthly Retainers: 100% upfront retainer, due 5 days prior to the start of each billing cycle. Ad Spend Budgets are paid directly by the Client to the respective platforms.

03

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client must supply all required text, high-resolution logos, images, and credentials within 7 working days of project kickoff. Delays exceeding 10 business days without communication will result in a project queue pause. The Client guarantees that all provided assets are legally licensed.

04

4. Revisions & Scope

Custom development and design projects include up to 3 standard revision rounds within the agreed initial scope. Any major structural revisions or requested feature additions outside the original proposal will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

05

5. Paid Advertising Disclaimer

BUZZLY employs data-driven strategies to optimize campaigns. However, market conversion rates depend on product demand, pricing, and competitor activity. We guarantee execution excellence but do not guarantee fixed sales volumes or exact revenue metrics.

06

6. Intellectual Property

Final deliverables and source code are transferred 100% to the Client upon full payment completion. BUZZLY retains ownership of proprietary agency tools and workflows. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless an NDA is executed.

07

7. Limitation of Liability

BUZZLY shall not be held liable for third-party platform downtimes (e.g., Meta ad suspensions, web host outages). Either party may terminate a project with 7 business days written notice. The client will be invoiced for all completed work hours up to that date.

08

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the commercial laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
